ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING:
Once your payment has been made, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail!
Processing Period begins as soon as an order is submitted. Processing time is 3-5 business days and is extended to 5-8 business days during a sales period.
Your shipping label will be created once the processing period is over. You then will receive an Order Fullfillment e-mail that will contain your tracking number.
Our standard shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 4-6 days on the West Coast.
WE DO REQUIRE A SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION TO ENSURE YOUR ORDER ARRIVES AT THE CORRECT DESTINATION!
***Business Days are MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY, no weekends, and no national holidays! If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your Diamond Hair Fantasy purchase, we will be more than willing to either process a refund or exchange within SEVEN (7) days of receiving your order!
Refunds are ONLY offered on unopened hair extensions. Human hair extensions are considered a hygenic product and cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. Therefore we do not offer returns if the hair has been Worn, Uncombed, Brushed, Altered in any way, or if the DHF hair seal on the bundle has been broken! Once we’ve received your return, your refund will be processed. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method. Return shipping is free, your return label will be sent within 24 hours.
Exchanges are provided for products that have been worn, unwrapped, or tampered with in any way! The products must be returned within SEVEN (7) days of the date that you receive your order. Once we receive your return, the exchange is processed. Exchanges may only be made for the same DHF hair texture (i.e., Body Wave) and length (i.e., 20 inches). Exchange shipping is free, your return label will be sent within 24 hours.
You must e-mail us first before returning/exchanging your package at [email protected] within the SEVEN (7) DAY return period. All DHF Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a refund will not be issued.
